Give- The Resurrection of Soul (NEW)

Monday, August 22nd, 2011

An illustration drawn exclusively for the exhibition at Makinjanma Studio, Shoreditch, London, UK.

Under the title: Give

Another illustration depicts the meaning of Love in my perspective.

I always find it really hard to define what love really is, but I definitely consider “Give” plays a major part in it.

Not only physical objects, but also in a more mental and spiritual sense.

Sometimes ‘let go’ is something I would consider as ‘Give’.

Hand- drawn with 0.5mm oil based marker pen.

Dimension: 4 foots x 8 foots

Take- The Destruction of Laputa (NEW)

Sunday, August 21st, 2011

An illustration drawn exclusively for the exhibition at Makinjanma Studio, Shoreditch, London, UK.

Under the theme: Take

An illustration of twos depicting the meaning of Love in my perspective.

In a relationship, we are constantly receiving/taking both physical and mental supports from our companions.

But other than all these positive things we receive, we also have the responsibility of baring/sharing things which are negative.

A good balance maybe it’s the key to sustain a relationship.

How much are you willing to take? Both goods and bads?

Hand- drawn with 0.5mm oil based marker pen.

Dimension: 4 foots x 8 foots

The crumbling of Laputa, what would you take in the end of the world.

Free Range Exhibition 2008

Sunday, June 29th, 2008

Free Range Exhibition 2008 at The Old Trumean Brewery, London.

This is Europe’s largest graduate art and design show. Over the eight week period, thousands of students from the UK’s top art and design colleges will exhibit their work. Free Range was set up to showcase the works of budding designers and artists to both public and potential employers alike, giving students the best opportunity to promote their work. Each year the show has increased in size and popularity, making it a destination point for thousands of Londoners and lovers of visual arts. Over 150, 000 people visited this free- entry show last year, putting it in the same league as one from say, The Royal Academy of Arts or the Victoria & Albert Museum.
